Q. Do i need to pay for someone to come to our house to provide us a quotation?
A. No, we offer free quotations and advise for your next home improvement.
Q. How far are you willing to travel to carry out supply and installations?
A. We cover Surrey, Hampshire ad the outer London area however, arrangements can be made for areas outside our usual working area.
Q. What is your lead times?
A. We are usually on a 4-6 week lead time from point of survey to installation for Standards products. Non Standard Products and colours can be an 8 week lead time.
Q. How can I pay my balance?
A.We accept Payments via Bacs, over the phone by card or you can come into one of our showrooms.
Q. Do your installers work for you full time?
A. Yes, our installers only work for us on a full time basis and all have over 10 years experience fitting our products.
Q. How long will the installation take?
A. We usually install 4 windows a day on average.
Q. How long is your guarantee?
A. Most products we supply & install come with a 10 year guarantee.
Q. Do you supply and insurance backed guarantee?
A.Yes we are registered with Homepro and enroll you onto this once we have received your deposit. We are also Fensa Registered so you will also get a certificate of compliance to the latest building regulations for the products we install.
Q. Are your products a standard size?
A. No, everything we do at KRB is made to measure and bespoke.
Q. Do I need to maintain my windows & Doors?
A. Yes it is important to regularly clean and maintain all components of our products and details on how to do this can be given upon request.
Q. Do you supply glass?
A. We don't cut single panes of glass at either of our showrooms but we can replace sealed units into existing PVCu frames.
